Divorce settlement between Nush Afarin Khanum (daughter of the late Sadiq Khan) with her husband Aqa Hasan Shari‘atmadar (the local religious notable); the setllement covers Nushafarin Khanum's mahr and alimony and her other rights. All of the clothes and other belongings, worth 75 tumans, were received and and repossessed. Because of the mutually agreed divorce, her husband gave Mirza Asad Allah power of attorney to execute the divorce based on the divorce contract. Baygum Khanum, daughter of Aqa Karim and wife of the late Aqa Mir ‘Abd al-Shakur, and Umm Nisa’, the daughter of Mir ‘Abd al-Shakur, have granted their share from a garden in the village of Sis Abad to Karbalayi Mir Sadiq and Aqa Mir Asad Allah, sons of Mir ‘Abd al-Shakur. On the margin, Baygum Khanum has also bestowed them her household furnishings.

Settlement between Hajiyah Khaunm and her mother, 1916
Settlement on July 20, 1916, between Hajiyah Khaunm, daughter of Haji Ghulam Husayn Zari‘ [the farmer] from Dih Buzurg, and her mother, Bibi Baygum Jan (daughter of Karbalayi Haydar), over Hajiyah Khanum's mahr from her marriage to Mirza ‘Abbas Khan, son of Mirza Luft Allah Mustawfi, and all of the dowry taken to her husband's house, for some crystal candy and one hundred dinars. On the margin, Hajiyah Khanum's father has confirmed this settlement and has sealed it.

Settlement between Dust Muhammad Khan Muʻayyir al-Mamalik and his children, 1907
Dust Muhammad Khan Muʻayyir al-Mamalik divides his and his wife (Fatimah Khanum ʻIsmat al-Dawlah [daughter of Nasir al-Din Shah])'s property among their children after his wife's death. He transfers the ownership of the Mihrabad village in Tehran, which was part of ʻIsmat al-Dawlah's dowry, as well as the trees and buildings in this property, and some other properties in Tehran to his son, Dust ʻAli Khan Iʻtisam al-Saltanah. Settlement of Layli with Mirza Muhammad ʻAli, 1920
Settlement between Layli, the daughter of Muhammad Vali Bayg, and Mirza Muhammad ʻAli, in which she settles all of her belongings--clothes, dishes, cash and bonds, properties, and household furnishings--for some salt and pennies in order for Mirza Muhammad ʻAli to spend 11 tumans for taʻziyah and 10 tumans for prayers [to be said for her] after her death. After payment of the religious tithe, he should spend the rest on taʻziyah for Imam Husayn.
